今日も、先週に引き続き２室目の売買契約でした。

今日は2人でファミレスで契約でした。

価格はやはりおもっていたよりも良い価格で取引ができた。

3室目の話をついでに将来のことも含めやって、結局、これも売却の手続きをした。

これが、うまく売れれば無借金になります。
